Learning Hebrew in Turkey

hi. i am looking for someone to teach me Hebrew in Turkish because my English is not good. I really want to learn Hebrew. I live in Ankara, Turkey, and wonder if anyone has contacts there. Or maybe a Turkish-Hebrew book to learn Hebrew
